NHTSA to test safety of mirrorless cameras in autos
Auto August 27, 2019, 0 Comment 6GM, Volkswagen, Toyota, Tesla and other automakers and have petitions pending before the safety regulator to use camera-based rear or side-vision systems instead of mirrors. NHTSA said its new testing will initially focus on passenger vehicles and later on larger vehicles.
