Mercedes-Benz USA to pay $13 million fine in recall settlement
Auto December 18, 2019, 0 Comment 5NHTSA said the automaker failed to notify owners in a timely fashion in some recalls, did not submit all reports and did not launch at least two recalls in a timely manner. It faces another $7 million penalty if conditions aren’t met.
